Telephone support

Long gone are the days when we were all physically in an office together, passing the phone around. In today’s new normal of remote work, phone support presents unique challenges. At Mojoprint we continue to offer phone support but on a limited basis. As a busy team we are often unable to take your calls directly and you may often be met with a voice message which we understand can be frustrating. By far the fastest way to reach any of us is by email, or live chat via the website.

We do know that sometimes only a call will do – when you need to discuss your design requirements etc, and we will be offering an appointment based callback service in the new year. We thank you for your understanding.
