With our print partners being forced to raise their prices in the wake of ever increasing material costs, it is with regret that we must announce an increase to our own prices across the board.
In a land where even a 2yen increase to a popular kids snack creates headlines (they heroically kept the Umaibo at 10yen for over 40 years!), price increases have begun to affect products and services universally as Japanese commerce finally faces up to the reality of rising costs and dwindling profits. This year will thus sadly see price increases affect everything from beer to business cards.
