In order to improve our telephone support service we have switched telephony providers. You can still reach us on 06-6539-1717 as always, but our new direct dial IP telephone number is now 050-1741-9132.
Calling 06-6539-1717 will automatically forward you to our cloud based phone system anyway, but we provide the direct 050 number for those calling from other internet phone systems.
The switch was necessary to improve not only the audio quality, but to provide a more seamless experience when contacting us by telephone.
Our telephone support hours are Mon–Fri 9am–6pm.
