The powerful typhoon that ripped through Osaka yesterday has caused widespread damage and blackouts. Unfortunately our main Osaka factory remains un-operational due to power failure and water damage. Regrettably no jobs can be processed during the next 24-48 hours as the damage is repaired and power reconnected. Any orders placed within the past 48 hours will be affected, resulting in 2-3 day delays. we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
